My first week is over, done, behind me!
And the best part, is I have great results to show for it!

Starting Weight: 307.5 lbs
Current Weight: 302.0 lbs
Weekly Loss: 5.5 lbs
Total Loss: 5.5 lbs

I am ecstatic! What great motivation to keep on keeping on!
