Well, to be honest, I am a little surprised by this week's weigh in. I kind of had an off week eating wise, where I got into the bad habit of eating too late and sometimes skipping my last meal. I am going to start this week off on a better foot, but it's mighty encouraging to see this number this morning :) I'm very pleased with my progress. :)
